About the event
Duxbury Newcomrs Club is looking for volunteers to run a water station at the corner of Oak and Elm Street for the Duxbury Half Marathon.
The race is managed by the Friends of the Council of Aging (COA). Proceeds from the race support the Social Day Program at the Senior Center for folks with Alzheimer’s which provides a much needed respite for their caregivers. In addition, the proceeds support other programming at the Center as we look to keep healthy seniors healthy physically, emotionally, and intellectually.
