About the event
We’ll make a ricotta gnocchi paired with a pesto sauce tossed with sliced chicken and roasted tomatoes. This is a hands-on class that will teach you how to make classic gnocchi at home with out any special equipment except for a fork and spoon! For a sweet finale, a light dessert will be served after the gnocchi. Please inform us of any food allergies when registering by emailing lauragrantcollins@gmail.com. Refreshments will be served along side our creations!
