About the event
We’re excited to welcome you back to the Heather Bone O’Shaughnessy Kids Parade Fundraiser on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 10AM–1PM at Taylor Field (behind Alden School, next to the Duxbury Free Library).
Families are invited to decorate bikes, scooters, strollers, or wagons and take part in a festive kids’ parade around Alden School. Enjoy a fun-filled morning with:
Face painting, patriotic tattoos, bracelet making, and oyster shell art
Lawn games and activities
A petting zoo and dance party with DJ Dee
Snacks, food for purchase from Chestnut St Grille, and a visit from J’s Ice Cream Truck
